Information is used to create and secure accounts, respond to reservation requests, confirm eligibility, provide vehicles and support, process transactions, communicate pickup instructions, prevent fraud, maintain safety, comply with legal obligations and improve Creek Rentals services.

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Account authentication is provided through Supabase and access to booking records is restricted by role-based security policies. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Creek Rentals services are intended for adults who can legally enter a vehicle rental agreement. We do not knowingly create rental accounts for children.
