1. Submit an account deletion request
You can request deletion of your Creek Rentals account at any time. Send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.

Include your full name and account email address. For your protection, we may ask you to complete a reasonable identity-verification step before processing the request. Never email your password, payment-card number, or a copy of your driver’s license.
2. Data we delete
After verification, we delete or anonymize data that is no longer required, including your account profile, saved contact details, account preferences, uploaded identity-verification images when their retention period has ended, and other personal data associated with the account that Creek Rentals is not legally required to keep.
3. Data we may retain
Some information may be retained when necessary to complete an active rental, process refunds or disputes, prevent fraud, protect safety, enforce agreements, or comply with tax, accounting, insurance, regulatory, and other legal obligations. This may include reservation and transaction records, signed agreements, incident or claims records, and limited identity-verification audit information.
Driver’s-license images are scheduled for deletion 30 days after the related trip ends unless a longer period is required because of an active dispute, claim, fraud review, chargeback, or legal obligation. Other legally required business and transaction records are retained only for the period required by applicable law or a legitimate operational need, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
4. Processing timeline
We will acknowledge your request and normally complete eligible deletion within 30 days after verifying account ownership. We will explain if additional time is reasonably required or if certain records must be retained. Deleting an account cannot be undone, and you may lose access to booking history and account features.
